Stoked to spread the word that we've now got a trail running (and hiking) store in the Rim Country!
 

Our good friend Margaret de Hesse has officially opened Rim Runners in Payson, AZ. Margaret has an impressive amount of running experience on the Mogollon Rim and she'll have the one and only, Honey Albrecht, managing the shop.
 

There's probably an argument that Honey & Margaret have accumulated the most miles on the Rim of anyone out there. Or in other words, these are your experts. Check out their website for a ton of information on the area, trails, etc.
 

They've both also been major supporters of the Mogollon Monster since its planning stages, sharing countless miles up and down the rim as Jeremy and co. planned the original route. There were a number of days where a planned 18-20 mile trip ended with closer to 30 miles and there were always laughs and smiles the entire time anyway.
 

One last race note, Honey ran and finished The Monster in 2018 with Margaret pacing her to the finish and now, in 2019, Margaret is set to toe the line in September!
